An exciting Time Capsule project is underway in honor of the Sedona Historical Society’s 40th anniversary.
The Society is inviting residents to submit stories or objects that they feel would be meaningful to residents 40 years from now when the capsule is opened. “Ask yourself, what would help future citizens better understand Sedona of today, 40 years from now”, said committee chair Kathy Levin, “and then send us your idea!”
To submit a story or object, complete the form on the homepage of the Society’s website SedonaMuseum.org. You may also drop off your completed form or object at the Sedona Heritage Museum located at 735 Jordan Road in Uptown Sedona.
The deadline for submittals is Sept. 30, 2022. A fall event is planned for the “burial” of the time capsule.
