The Verde Valley Fire District is seeking application to fill a vacant Fire Board seat. The position became available when Board Member Matthew Kaempfe moved out of state.
Applications for this Board seat are available at the Verde Valley Fire District Administrative Offices located at 2700 E Godard Rd in Cottonwood. Applications are also available on the District’s website. Applications must be submitted to the District’s Administrative Offices by 4:00 pm on April 20, 2022. Interviews will be held during a Special Board Meeting on May 23rd, 2022, beginning at 5:00 pm.
The possible selection of a candidate will follow the interview process. The individual selected will be appointed at the Regular Board Meeting on May 24th, 2022 and will complete the remainder of the vacated term which ends on November 30, 2024.
