Pisa Lisa is the casual sister concept to Chef Lisa Dahl’s fine dining restaurants Dahl & DiLuca, Cucina Rustica, and Mariposa. Where her white-tablecloth restaurants emphasize elegance and romance, Pisa Lisa is built around fun, family-friendly woodfired pizza done at the highest quality, using organic produce, fresh-pressed dough, and authentic Italian techniques.
Pisa Lisa is part of Chef Lisa Dahl’s six-restaurant Sedona family, which also includes Dahl & DiLuca Ristorante Italiano, Cucina Rustica, Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill, and Butterfly Burger. Lisa is currently expanding the Pisa Lisa concept into other markets.
