An 8 inch frosted quartz crystal singing bowl from CVNC tuned to the F note, associated with the heart chakra. Each bowl is hand hammered for precise tuning, so every one sounds slightly different. It comes with a mallet and a rubber O-ring base and is used for sound healing, meditation, yoga and stress reduction.
