Szechuan Restaurant and Sushi Bar

Szechuan Restaurant and Sushi Bar is Sedona’s long-running Chinese restaurant, in the Old Marketplace plaza on West 89A, with a sushi bar and cocktail lounge that took over the old Martini Bar space next door. It is the place for orange chicken, pork dumplings, hot and sour soup, sizzling tofu and kung pao cabbage on one side and spicy tuna and avocado rolls on the other, with lunch specials, takeout and delivery through the usual apps.

• Hours as listed on review sites: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday to Thursday, until 9:30 Friday and Saturday. The restaurant’s own website is a placeholder, so confirm by phone.
• Entrees have run in the $14 range and specialty rolls around $13 to $14 on third-party menus; expect some movement.
