BV’s Italian Kitchen

BV’s Italian Kitchen is the Italian restaurant inside the Lux Verde Hotel on 89A in Cottonwood, 20 minutes down the valley from Sedona and a natural dinner stop on the way back from the wineries. Owner Dan Cohen opened it in the hotel in December, and Executive Chef David Moraga runs the kitchen, which added lunch service in September 2026. The bar side operates as Capones with its own menu.

What to Order

• The signatures: BV’s calamari $18, bruschetta $14, polpette marinara $15, the salmone $29 and the 8-ounce filet mignon $45.
• Pasta: homemade lasagna Bolognese, fettuccine Alfredo, butternut ravioli and gnocchi rosso at $26, rigatoni Napoli and linguini with meatballs or clams at $27, shrimp diavolo $28, mushroom pappardelle $32. Gluten-free pasta is $3 more.
• Pollo Marsala $26, pollo Parmigiana $28, a 14-ounce New York strip $40, flat iron $30.
• Lunch, Wednesday to Sunday: sandwiches and pinsas at $16, Caesar $10, soups $9.

Pastas and entrees come with soup or salad and focaccia. Prices are from the restaurant’s online menu in October 2026. Cocktails are $15, wines $8 to $10 a glass, and an early bird dinner and happy hour runs 4 to 6.

• Lunch Wednesday to Sunday 11 to 2. Dinner Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 4 to 8:30, Friday and Saturday 4 to 9. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
• Reservations recommended, online or by phone. Parties of seven or more carry a 20 percent gratuity.
