Mountain Modern Sedona (formerly Sedona Real Inn & Suites)

If you are looking for the Sedona Real Inn and Suites, this is it. The family-owned adobe hotel on Arroyo Pinon Drive was bought by Crystal Creek Capital of Jackson Hole, gutted and rebuilt, and reopened in May 2025 as Mountain Modern Sedona, the company’s second Mountain Modern after the original in Jackson. In May 2026 it joined Hilton’s Tapestry Collection, so it now books through Hilton and earns Honors points. The old website redirects here, and the old kitchen suites are gone.

Rooms

Eighty-nine rooms, studios and suites across eight low buildings, done in a mountain-lodge style with mini fridges, microwaves and coffee makers in every room. Guest rooms sleep two to four with a king or two queens; junior suites, with or without a patio, sleep four to six; and the one-bedroom suites sleep up to six, including two that were turned into wellness suites with Peloton bikes. Parking is free and right outside the door. Check-in is 3, check-out 11. Opening rates were advertised from $229 a night; current rates are on Hilton’s site, where advance purchase, AAA, military and breakfast-included packages are listed.

The Den, the Pool and the Dog Park

The Den is the on-site restaurant and bar: breakfast of warm and cold options 6:30 to 10:30, lunch 11:30 to 1:30, dinner 4 to 10, the bar 11 to 10, and a half-price-drinks happy hour from 4 to 5. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. Dogs are welcome, two per room, for a one-time fee of $75 plus tax per pet for stays of one to four nights or $150 for five or more, with an on-site dog park, beds, bowls and a pet menu at The Den.
