A set of three quartz crystal singing bowls from Topfund for sound healing and meditation. The bowls ship in a heavy duty carrying case with padded compartments and a suede-texture bag, along with a cowhide suede striker, rubber mallet, O-rings and an instruction sheet. To play, set a bowl on its O-ring, tap the rim gently and glide the mallet around the outer edge with steady, light pressure.
