The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of the delightful French comedy āThe Testā showing July 29-Aug. 3 at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre.
The Castillons seem to be the perfect family. That is until Annie, the mother, finds a positive pregnancy test in the bathroom.

Is it Julietteās, her sonās girlfriend? Poupiās, her teenage daughter? Another woman in her husbandās life? Does her other son actually have girlfriends?
Whatever the answer, this is not good news. The familyās harmony is hilariously interrupted.
āWith a sharp eye, spirited dialogue and situation comedy, the director and his co-screenwriter, NoĆ© DebrĆ©, shake up the usual tropes.ā ā Telerama (France)
āEmmanuel Poulain-Arnaud once again proves his true talent in the domain of French comedy. His pacing is without peer, while his artful manipulation of quid pro quo is as light and appealing as chocolate mousse.ā ā Lāobs (France)
āHidden behind the plot is a moving, joyful film that will have you reflecting on the fear of being alone and the myth of the perfect parent. Yet it never grows preachy, and portrays a family with whom we can all easily identify.ā ā Cnews (France)
āThe Testā will be shown at the Mary D. Fisher Theatre July 29-Aug. 3. Showtimes will be 4 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Wednesday, July 29, 30 and Aug. 3; and 7 p.m. on Sunday and Monday, July 31 and Aug. 1.
