Sedona’s New Day Spa has been voted the best day spa in Sedona for 17 consecutive years, and in 2026 USA Today’s 10Best readers ranked it the ninth best day spa in the country. It is a West Sedona day spa built around the desert: a private outdoor garden patio with a hot tub and fountains, treatment menus that use desert botanicals and wild-crafted Southwest ingredients, and Native American inspired rituals alongside the massages and facials. The private changing rooms with showers and a lounge make it easy to turn one treatment into an afternoon.
What to Book
- Signature body treatments: the Prickly Pear Pomegranate and the Cedarwood Citrus Wild Chaparral treatments, the Turquoise Sage Mountain Arnica, the Essence Aromatherapy wrap and the Southwest Steam Experience.
- Native Wisdom Rituals: the spa’s Native American inspired treatments, designed as an inner journey rather than a rubdown.
- Massage in most modalities: deep tissue, hot stone, craniosacral, CBD, shiatsu, reflexology, reiki, and couples and group packages.
- Facials, nails and waxing, with restorative facials as the specialty.
- Energy work: reiki, energy healing and intuitive readings, which is Sedona.
The spa does not publish prices online; booking runs through its reservation system, and reservations are recommended, especially for the hot tub patio and for groups and celebrations, which it hosts.
